RETURN
We support $30 refund/exchange service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us the reason for your return to services@whimsicaloasis.com. Please fill in your name and order number at the Returns Center.

Please return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.


REFUND
In some cases, only 20% refund is given:
  • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or lost due to no fault of ours.

No refunds will be given in certain circumstances:
  • Any items requested more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The item was discovered missing due to a shipping service number not being tracked by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We confirm by notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.


DELAYED OR LOST REFUNDS:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your PayPal/bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Our items rarely have defects. If this occurs, please contact us immediately and send us a picture and/or video highlighting the problem.

Our customer support team will see if we can help you fix the issue, or simply exchange your item for a new one if we can't resolve it remotely.

Please send a clear video showing the issue to services@whimsicaloasis.com for review by our technical team.


COMMINICATE
We only replace defective or damaged items free of charge. If you need to exchange the same item, please email services@whimsicaloasis.com for detailed returns procedures.
